How is Moving Floor units delivered?

– The prefabricated modules come in flat, freight-optimized package. Mounting and installation is done on site.

How long time does it take to install?

– Estimate it takes two people; 2 hours for Singlebox, 8 hours for Groupbox, 4 hours for Calf Feeder, 1 hour for Cubicle. Installation time for Bedding Dispenser depends on how it should be adapted to the barn.

What kind of manure systems can I use?

– Moving Floor can be combined with slatted floors, scraper alleys etc. Contact us for more information.

Insulated or non-insulated barns?

– Moving Floor can be installed in many types of barns. The Calf Feeder can only be installed in barns with >0 degrees C.
